- It’s best to use coconut oil for high temperature cooking (i.e. frying) because of it’s higher smoke point. ↗
- We organize everything around cooking, instead of trying to fit cooking between two other things. ↗
- Cooking reduces the bacterial load by killing bacteria. Cooking also destroys most toxins produced by bacteria, with a few notable exceptions. ↗
